EAZI FAX SERVICE- TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Eazi fax will be charged at P1.50 per minute VAT exclusive or at a rate to be determined from time to time by BTCL.

  2. Eazi fax tariffs will only apply to the party sending the fax through email, or as determined by BTCL from time to time.

  3. There shall be no charges associated with receiving an Eazi fax.

  4. An Eazi fax number can be mapped to more than one email.

  5. Activation of Eazi fax shall be free or as determined by BTCL from time to time.

  6. The BTCL Standard Terms and Conditions for provisioning of Services shall apply to this Service. Where there is inconsistency or ambiguity between the BTCL Standard Terms and Conditions and the Eazi Fax Terms and Conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail

  7. Any agreement or its termination entered into shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Botswana Laws

  8. This order constitutes a Contract between the BTCL and the Customer

  9. Invoice payments shall be charged monthly and invoiced to the Customer accordingly. Payment can be made at any BTCL office or Botswana Post Office by Cash, EFT or Cheque.

  10. Eazi fax customers should report any billing discrepancies to BTCL with 30 days from the receipt of their bills, after 30 days the bill will be considered correct. If payment is not made befor th e stipulated date on the customer bill the service can be charged to the customer's account

  11. All costs mentioned are in the BWP and exlusive of any local taxes

  12. Any agreement entered as part of this service shall be governed by Botswana laws

  13. Should the customer decide to cancel the services prior to user acceptance signoff, the customer shall be liable to repay the costs incurred by BTCL for the fulfillment of services.

  14. In case the disputes, the customer agrees that all the disputes arising out or in connection with this agreement will be subject to the exlusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Gaborone, Botswana

  15. BTCL reserves the right to modify these and conditions as it deems fit form the time to time
I / we agree to hire the Service(s) and facilities herein mentioned and provided by BTCL and agree to be bound by BTCL's General Terms and Conditions of Service (including any amendments thereto) as contained in their Specific Terms and Conditions and in this Order form, I/We further confirm that the information furnished by us herein is true and correct. l/we agree to provide required access and support to designated BTCL employee(s) or staff towards fulfilment of this request as required.
